No-Show Policy

​No-shows, late shows, and cancellations impede the access of those individuals who need veterinary care. Spay Illinois may require non-refundable deposits to secure appointments. When you receive services at our clinics, in compliance with our appointment policies, the deposit will be applied to your invoice.

A deposit ranging from $20-$40 is a requirement for multi-pet families.

Those deposits are as follows:

$50 deposit for a spay/neuter appointment ​
